We have two
options when it comes to surrogacy arrangements.
1- CASS, short for Cyprus-America Surrogacy Services. This service uses an
American surrogate to be recruited in the United States in one of the
surrogate-friendly states. You will fill out an intended parent application
form and we will be able to match you up with a surrogate that fits your
criteria. Once your surrogate selection is confirmed, then our lawyers
proceed with the contract preparation and the contract is sent to you to
review and sign. The contract specifies all the rules of the surrogacy
arrangement and includes pointers that protect both your rights as the
intended parents and your surrogate's rights. The contract is backed 100% by
the US legal system. Your donor is to be identified here in Cyprus based on
your physical features, blood types and your surrogate's menstrual period
dates. Once the donor selection is confirmed, then we proceed into the next
stage where your donor and surrogate prepare for the IVF process
simultaneously. Once the treatment is final, your surrogate travels back to
the US and your child is delivered after 9 months. You arrive in the US to
pick up your child, ready to be taken home with his/her American passport
and registration papers.
2- CGSS, short for Cyprus-Georgia Surrogacy
Services. This service works very much like the CASS option except that
instead of utilizing an American surrogate, the surrogate comes from
Georgia, the country. Our agency in Georgia handles all the legal work
through the Georgian law. Donor stage is very much the same. The only
difference between the two options is the country where the legal aspects
are taken care of.
