S\u00fcre\u00e7, embriyolar\u0131n mikroskop alt\u0131nda incelenmesini ve h\u00fccre say\u0131s\u0131, h\u00fccre b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesinin d\u00fczg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve par\u00e7alanma derecesi (ka\u00e7 adet \u00f6l\u00fc veya dejenere h\u00fccrenin mevcut oldu\u011fu) gibi belirli kriterlere g\u00f6re derecelerin atanmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Trofektoderm: Trofektoderm, blastosistin d\u0131\u015f katman\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur ve rahim duvar\u0131na ilk implantasyondan sorumludur. Ayr\u0131ca plasenta ve di\u011fer destekleyici fetal yap\u0131lara da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Bu tercih k\u0131smen do\u011fal se\u00e7ilim s\u00fcrecinden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r; Blastosist a\u015famas\u0131na ula\u015fan embriyolar genellikle daha canl\u0131 ve sa\u011flamd\u0131r.
