Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcp Bebek Merkezinde bu se\u00e7enek iki hasta grubuna sunulmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blog-content\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\">1- Cinsiyete ba\u011fl\u0131 (X&#039;e ba\u011fl\u0131) bir duruma bilinen genetik yatk\u0131nl\u0131k nedeniyle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n cinsiyetini se\u00e7mek isteyen \u00e7iftler. X&#039;e ba\u011fl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar, X kromozomunda gen mutasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n veya gen kusurlar\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden tek gen bozukluklar\u0131d\u0131r. Erkekler X kromozomunun yaln\u0131zca bir kopyas\u0131n\u0131 anneden ald\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in, yaln\u0131zca bir mutasyona u\u011fram\u0131\u015f alel, erkeklerde cinsiyete ba\u011fl\u0131 bir hastal\u0131\u011fa neden olmak i\u00e7in yeterlidir. Bu durum erkeklerin kad\u0131nlara g\u00f6re X&#039;e ba\u011fl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funa daha yatk\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.2- Halihaz\u0131rda \u00e7ocuk sahibi olan ve kar\u015f\u0131 cinsten ba\u015fka bir \u00e7ocuk sahibi olarak ailelerini dengelemek isteyen \u00e7iftler. Bu grup hastalarda genellikle do\u011furganl\u0131k sorunu g\u00f6r\u00fclmez ve do\u011fal gebelik y\u00f6ntemleriyle sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7ocuk sahibi olabilirler. Yani bunlar \u0130mplantasyon \u00d6ncesi Genetik Tarama\/Tan\u0131 (PGS\/PGD) ve MicroSort&#039;tur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- \u0130mplantasyon \u00d6ncesi Genetik Tarama \/ \u0130mplantasyon \u00d6ncesi Genetik Tan\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nPGD (Pre-implantasyon Genetik Tan\u0131), ailede bilinen bir genetik bozuklu\u011fa yan\u0131t olarak embriyo se\u00e7imini ifade eder ve bu nedenle tamamen genetik hastal\u0131k \u00f6nleme amac\u0131yla uygulan\u0131r. PGS (Pre-implantasyon Genetik Tarama) ise, erkek veya kad\u0131n partnerde bilinen herhangi bir genetik bozuklu\u011fun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda ayn\u0131 embriyo se\u00e7im y\u00f6nteminin uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder. PGS, teknoloji embriyolar\u0131 cinsiyetlerini belirlemek i\u00e7in taramak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan do\u011fru terimdir (cinsiyet\/toplumsal cinsiyet se\u00e7imi olarak bilinir).<\/p>\n<p>PGD\/PGS tekni\u011fi t\u00fcp bebek tedavisinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. MicroSort, bir sperm \u00f6rne\u011fini X (di\u015fi) ve Y (erkek) ta\u015f\u0131yan h\u00fccrelere ay\u0131rmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan bir sperm ay\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemidir.
