Bu tekni\u011fin mant\u0131\u011f\u0131, yumurta kalitesinin sadece n\u00fckleer DNA taraf\u0131ndan de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda mitokondri, mRNA, proteinler ve embriyonik genom aktif hale gelmeden \u00f6nce erken embriyonik geli\u015fimi kontrol eden d\u00fczenleyici fakt\u00f6rleri i\u00e7eren sitoplazmik ortam taraf\u0131ndan da belirlenmesinden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.
