Al North Cyprus IVF Centre, questa opzione \u00e8 offerta a due gruppi di pazienti:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blog-content\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\">1- Coppie che desiderano selezionare il sesso del proprio figlio a causa di una predisposizione genetica nota ad una condizione legata al sesso (legata all&#039;X). Le malattie legate all&#039;X sono malattie di un singolo gene che indicano la presenza di mutazioni genetiche o difetti genetici sul cromosoma X. Poich\u00e9 i maschi acquisiscono solo una copia del cromosoma X dalla madre, \u00e8 sufficiente un solo allele mutato per causare una malattia legata al sesso nei maschi. Ci\u00f2 suggerisce che i maschi sono pi\u00f9 inclini alla maggior parte delle malattie legate all&#039;X rispetto alle femmine.2- Coppie che hanno gi\u00e0 figli e vorrebbero equilibrare la propria famiglia avendo un altro figlio del sesso opposto. Questo gruppo di pazienti di solito non ha problemi di fertilit\u00e0 e pu\u00f2 avere figli sani attraverso metodi di concepimento naturali. Tuttavia, il concepimento naturale potrebbe non sempre produrre una prole \u201cequilibrata\u201d, per questo entrano in gioco le tecnologie di riproduzione assistita.<\/p>\n<p>Indipendentemente dal tuo ragionamento, la selezione del genere pu\u00f2 essere legalmente offerta presso il North Cyprus IVF Center a entrambi i gruppi di pazienti. PGS (Pre-implantation Genetic Screening), d&#039;altra parte, si riferisce all&#039;applicazione dello stesso identico metodo di selezione degli embrioni nei casi in cui non \u00e8 nota alcuna malattia genetica nel partner maschile o femminile. PGS \u00e8 il termine corretto utilizzato quando la tecnologia viene utilizzata per lo screening degli embrioni per l&#039;identificazione del loro sesso (nota come selezione del sesso\/genere)<\/p>\n<p>La tecnica PGD\/PGS viene utilizzata come parte di un trattamento di fecondazione in vitro. La paziente deve sottoporsi a un trattamento di fecondazione in vitro in modo da poter ottenere i suoi ovociti (o possono essere utilizzati anche ovuli di donatore nei casi in cui la paziente non pu\u00f2 utilizzare i propri ovociti). Gli ovociti ottenuti vengono fecondati con il campione di seme del partner maschile e vengono creati gli embrioni. Una volta che gli embrioni raggiungono un certo stadio di sviluppo, vengono sottoposti a biopsia in modo da poter eseguire lo screening genetico e rivelare di conseguenza il sesso di ciascun embrione.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Microsort <\/strong><br \/>\nNorth Cyprus IVF Center \u00e8 l&#039;unica clinica ufficiale che offre MicroSort in Europa, Medio Oriente, Asia e Africa. MicroSort \u00e8 un metodo di selezione dello sperma che ci consente di selezionare un campione di sperma in cellule portatrici X (femminile) e Y (maschile). In questo modo, suddividendo un campione di sperma in due lotti, sappiamo quale lotto di sperma ha la capacit\u00e0 di produrre un figlio maschio e quale pu\u00f2 produrre una femmina.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, la tecnologia MicroSort non \u00e8 accurata come il metodo PGS sopra descritto. \u00c8 accurato solo 75% per la selezione delle celle portanti Y e circa 85% accurato per la selezione delle celle portanti X. In altre parole, se scegli di utilizzare solo la tecnica MicroSort senza la tecnica PGS, \u00e8 probabile che il sesso di tuo figlio non venga selezionato con precisione.<\/p>\n<p>Anche la tecnologia MicroSort ha determinati requisiti. Il campione di sperma del partner maschile deve contenere un minimo di 70 milioni di spermatozoi mobili totali nell&#039;eiaculato in modo che l&#039;attrezzatura di selezione possa essere utilizzata.
