Esistono numerose opzioni di trattamento della fertilit\u00e0 per i futuri genitori. Il tipo di trattamento adatto a ciascun paziente dipende da alcuni fattori critici:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1- Et\u00e0 della paziente<br>2- Et\u00e0 del paziente maschio<br>3- Storia riproduttiva<br>4- Storia genetica (se rilevante)<br>5- Se i propri ovuli e\/o spermatozoi verranno utilizzati per il trattamento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nelle fasce di et\u00e0 pi\u00f9 giovani, l&#039;utilizzo delle proprie uova in un ciclo di fecondazione in vitro \u00e8 un&#039;opzione pi\u00f9 probabile a meno che non vi sia una ragione specifica che imponga diversamente. Ad esempio, le donne che soffrono di insufficienza ovarica prematura o menopausa prematura sono in svantaggio quando si tratta di fare da madri a un bambino utilizzando i propri ovociti. Le donne di 20, 30 o 40 anni che soffrono di insufficienza ovarica prematura sono un candidato ideale per &quot;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/it\/latest-news-from-north-cyprus-ivf-center\/ovarian-prp-treatment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trattamento PRP ovarico<\/a>\u201d. Con questa modalit\u00e0 di trattamento, miriamo a reclutare follicoli primordiali dormienti e impegnarli a subire l&#039;oogenesi. Abbiamo raggiunto la gravidanza in molte donne dopo questa procedura sia tramite rapporti naturali che trattamento di fecondazione in vitro. La paziente pi\u00f9 anziana che ha ottenuto una gravidanza naturale dopo questa procedura presso il North Cyprus IVF Center ha 48 anni. Tuttavia, i pazienti che possono avere una popolazione pi\u00f9 ampia di follicoli primordiali sono in netto vantaggio quando si tratta di questa modalit\u00e0 di trattamento. Pertanto, riteniamo che le donne con insufficienza ovarica prematura siano il gruppo di pazienti pi\u00f9 adatto per questa opzione terapeutica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le donne tra la fine degli anni &#039;40 e l&#039;inizio della met\u00e0 degli anni &#039;50 hanno meno probabilit\u00e0 di beneficiare dei protocolli di ringiovanimento ovarico a causa di una riserva ovarica significativamente ridotta. Con ogni ciclo ovarico, di solito solo un follicolo raggiunge l&#039;ovulazione, dove molti follicoli primordiali dormienti vanno sprecati. Con il passare degli anni, questi follicoli primordiali diminuiscono di numero e raggiungono un numero molto basso a met\u00e0 degli anni &#039;40. Di conseguenza, piuttosto che il trattamento con PRP ovarico, l&#039;utilizzo di ovociti donati diventa un&#039;opzione pi\u00f9 praticabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/it\/ivf-with-donor-eggs1\/\">Trattamento di fecondazione in vitro con donazione di ovuli<\/a> si riferisce a un ciclo di fecondazione in vitro in cui vengono utilizzate le uova di una donatrice di ovociti provata in gravidanza. L&#039;uso di ovociti di una donatrice di ovociti pi\u00f9 giovane, sana e con gravidanza comprovata pu\u00f2 solitamente offrire un successo della fecondazione in vitro di circa 75%. Questo grazie alla capacit\u00e0 dell&#039;utero di accogliere la gravidanza anche in fasce di et\u00e0 molto pi\u00f9 avanzate. \u00c8 stato dimostrato in molti studi clinici che l&#039;et\u00e0 dell&#039;utero non influisce sugli esiti della gravidanza nelle pazienti che ricevono ovuli da donatore. Sebbene tecnicamente sia possibile per una donna raggiungere e mantenere una gravidanza anche a 70 anni, altri rischi e considerazioni per la salute vietano tale pratica. Tuttavia, le donne tra i 40 ei 50 anni sono sicuramente in grado di utilizzare il trattamento di fecondazione in vitro con ovociti donati per realizzare il sogno di una vita di diventare madri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche le pazienti tra la met\u00e0 e la fine degli anni &#039;40 con un livello accettabile di attivit\u00e0 ovarica possono beneficiare di una combinazione di modalit\u00e0 di trattamento. Ad esempio, i pazienti che non riescono a raggiungere il successo della fecondazione in vitro con i propri ovuli ma hanno ancora una conta dei follicoli antrali di 10 o superiore possono potenzialmente beneficiare di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/it\/cytoplasmic-ivf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">trasferimento citoplasmatico<\/a>. Questa \u00e8 un&#039;opzione terapeutica che possiamo raccomandare quando riteniamo che l&#039;invecchiamento degli ovociti e il danno mitocondriale siano probabilmente i colpevoli, ma la paziente ha ancora un livello accettabile di riserva ovarica. Ci\u00f2 consente di utilizzare gli ovociti della paziente ma di sostituire il contenuto citoplasmatico con il citoplasma di una donatrice di ovociti.
