La taille d&#039;un fibrome peut \u00eatre aussi petite qu&#039;une graine de melon ou aussi grosse qu&#039;un petit melon. Plus le fibrome est gros, plus il est susceptible de causer des probl\u00e8mes dans l&#039;ut\u00e9rus concernant la capacit\u00e9 de la femme \u00e0 concevoir. Ce n&#039;est pas seulement la taille du fibrome qui peut affecter la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;une femme \u00e0 avoir une grossesse, mais aussi sa localisation.<\/p>\n<p>Les fibromes sont class\u00e9s en trois grandes cat\u00e9gories en fonction de leur localisation pr\u00e9cise :<br \/>\n1- Fibromes sous-muqueux : Ce sont les types de fibromes qui poussent dans la cavit\u00e9 ut\u00e9rine<br \/>\n2- Fibromes intramuraux : Ce sont les fibromes qui poussent dans la paroi de l&#039;ut\u00e9rus<br \/>\n3- Les fibromes sous-s\u00e9reux : Ce sont les fibromes qui poussent \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur de l&#039;ut\u00e9rus.<br \/>\nLes fibromes qui se trouvent dans la cavit\u00e9 ut\u00e9rine sont les principaux types de fibromes directement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;infertilit\u00e9. Ces fibromes peuvent indenter la cavit\u00e9 ou pressuriser l&#039;endom\u00e8tre, affectant ainsi directement l&#039;implantation de l&#039;embryon.
