{"id":1094,"date":"2015-07-01T08:47:48","date_gmt":"2015-07-01T08:47:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/latest-news-from-north-cyprus-ivf-center\/procedures-for-ivf-with-donor-eggs-at-north-cyprus-ivf-centre"},"modified":"2023-12-22T17:27:19","modified_gmt":"2023-12-22T17:27:19","slug":"procedures-for-ivf-with-donor-eggs-at-north-cyprus-ivf-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/fr\/latest-news-from-north-cyprus-ivf-center\/procedures-for-ivf-with-donor-eggs-at-north-cyprus-ivf-centre\/","title":{"rendered":"Proc\u00e9dures de FIV avec des ovules de donneur au centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans cet article, nous parlons des proc\u00e9dures et des processus impliqu\u00e9s dans le traitement par FIV des ovules de donneur au centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Les patients qui souhaitent suivre un traitement de FIV en utilisant des ovules de donneuse appartiennent probablement \u00e0 l&#039;un des groupes suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>1- Les femmes qui ont subi un traitement de FIV avec leurs propres ovules mais qui n&#039;ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir ou \u00e0 maintenir une grossesse (\u00e9checs de FIV ou fausses couches \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition).<\/p>\n<p>2- Les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es ou p\u00e9ri-m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es qui ont ou non suivi un traitement de FIV auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>3- Les femmes dont les ovaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9s ou endommag\u00e9s lors d&#039;une intervention chirurgicale.<\/p>\n<p>4- Les femmes avec des probl\u00e8mes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques<\/p>\n<p>5- Les femmes qui ont subi une chimioth\u00e9rapie ou une radioth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"\" href=\"\/fr\/ivf-with-donor-eggs1\/\">Traitement de FIV utilisant des ovules de donneuse<\/a> est significativement diff\u00e9rent des traitements de FIV standard en termes de proc\u00e9dures et d&#039;utilisation de m\u00e9dicaments. Contrairement aux traitements de FIV standard, pendant le traitement de FIV par donneur d&#039;ovules, un donneur d&#039;ovules subit l&#039;\u00e9tape du m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 la place du patient (receveur). Cependant, la receveuse utilise \u00e9galement certains m\u00e9dicaments afin de pr\u00e9parer son corps \u00e0 la grossesse. Les \u00e9tapes de la FIV avec don d&#039;ovules sont les suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1 : Test et \u00e9valuation<\/strong><br \/>\nAu cours de cette \u00e9tape, nous demandons au couple souhaitant un traitement de FIV d&#039;ovules de donneur de subir un certain nombre de tests afin de s&#039;assurer que le couple est apte \u00e0 la grossesse. L&#039;\u00e9tape de test sera diff\u00e9rente pour chaque patient en fonction de son histoire unique d&#039;infertilit\u00e9. Par exemple, une patiente qui a subi des cycles rat\u00e9s ou des fausses couches \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition avec ses propres ovules devra d&#039;abord \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e en ce qui concerne la fonction ovarienne. Si la fonction ovarienne indique de faibles r\u00e9serves et une faible qualit\u00e9 des ovocytes, des tests relativement simples comme une \u00e9chographie et quelques analyses de sang suffiront. Cependant, s&#039;il y a des raisons de croire que des facteurs autres que la qualit\u00e9 des ovules peuvent avoir contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9checs de FIV ant\u00e9rieurs ou \u00e0 des fausses couches r\u00e9currentes, des tests suppl\u00e9mentaires seront alors n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p>Un patient qui n&#039;a jamais re\u00e7u de traitement auparavant, mais qui a besoin d&#039;ovules de donneur en raison de son \u00e2ge biologique plus avanc\u00e9, un examen de sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ainsi qu&#039;une \u00e9chographie suffiront comme premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie de tests.
