Au centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord, cette option est propos\u00e9e \u00e0 deux groupes de patients\u00a0:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blog-content\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\">1- Les couples qui souhaitent choisir le sexe de leur enfant en raison d&#039;une pr\u00e9disposition g\u00e9n\u00e9tique connue \u00e0 une maladie li\u00e9e au sexe (li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;X). Les maladies li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;X sont des troubles monog\u00e9niques qui indiquent la pr\u00e9sence de mutations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques ou de d\u00e9fauts g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques sur le chromosome X. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les hommes n\u2019acqui\u00e8rent qu\u2019une seule copie du chromosome X de la m\u00e8re, un seul all\u00e8le mut\u00e9 suffit \u00e0 provoquer une maladie li\u00e9e au sexe chez les hommes. Cela sugg\u00e8re que les hommes sont plus sujets que les femmes \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des maladies li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;X.2- Les couples qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 des enfants et souhaitent \u00e9quilibrer leur famille en ayant un autre enfant du sexe oppos\u00e9. Ce groupe de patients n\u2019a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aucun probl\u00e8me de fertilit\u00e9 et est capable d\u2019avoir des enfants en bonne sant\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes de conception naturelles. Cependant, la conception naturelle ne produit pas toujours une prog\u00e9niture \u00ab \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e \u00bb, c\u2019est pourquoi les technologies de procr\u00e9ation assist\u00e9e entrent en jeu.<\/p>\n<p>Quel que soit votre raisonnement, la s\u00e9lection du sexe peut \u00eatre l\u00e9galement propos\u00e9e au centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord aux deux groupes de patients. Il existe deux m\u00e9thodes alternatives en pratique au centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord concernant la s\u00e9lection du sexe. \u00c0 savoir, il s&#039;agit du d\u00e9pistage\/diagnostic g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pr\u00e9-implantation (PGS\/PGD) et de MicroSort.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- D\u00e9pistage G\u00e9n\u00e9tique Pr\u00e9implantatoire \/ Diagnostic G\u00e9n\u00e9tique Pr\u00e9implantatoire<\/strong><br \/>\nLe DPI (diagnostic g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pr\u00e9implantatoire) fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection d&#039;embryons en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un trouble g\u00e9n\u00e9tique connu courant dans la famille, par cons\u00e9quent, il est appliqu\u00e9 uniquement \u00e0 des fins de pr\u00e9vention des maladies g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques. Le PGS (Pre-implantation Genetic Screening), quant \u00e0 lui, consiste \u00e0 appliquer exactement la m\u00eame m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9lection d&#039;embryons dans les cas o\u00f9 il n&#039;y a pas de trouble g\u00e9n\u00e9tique connu chez le partenaire masculin ou f\u00e9minin. PGS est le terme correct utilis\u00e9 lorsque la technologie est utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9pister les embryons afin d&#039;identifier leur sexe (connu sous le nom de s\u00e9lection du sexe\/genre)<\/p>\n<p>La technique PGD\/PGS est utilis\u00e9e dans le cadre d&#039;un traitement de FIV. La patiente doit subir un traitement de FIV afin que nous puissions obtenir ses ovules (ou des ovules de donneuse peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans les cas o\u00f9 la patiente ne peut pas utiliser ses propres ovules). Les ovules obtenus sont f\u00e9cond\u00e9s avec l&#039;\u00e9chantillon de sperme du partenaire masculin et des embryons sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s. Une fois que les embryons ont atteint un certain stade de d\u00e9veloppement, ils sont biopsi\u00e9s afin qu&#039;un d\u00e9pistage g\u00e9n\u00e9tique puisse \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 et que le sexe de chaque embryon puisse \u00eatre r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- MicroTri <\/strong><br \/>\nLe centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord est la seule clinique officielle proposant MicroSort en Europe, au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et en Afrique. MicroSort est une m\u00e9thode de tri du sperme qui nous permet de trier un \u00e9chantillon de sperme en cellules portant X (femelle) et Y (m\u00e2le). De cette fa\u00e7on, en ayant un \u00e9chantillon de sperme tri\u00e9 en deux lots, nous savons quel lot de sperme a la capacit\u00e9 de produire un enfant m\u00e2le et lequel peut produire un enfant femelle.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, la technologie MicroSort n&#039;est pas aussi pr\u00e9cise que la m\u00e9thode PGS d\u00e9crite ci-dessus. Il n&#039;est pr\u00e9cis que de 75% pour la s\u00e9lection des cellules portant Y et d&#039;environ 85% pour la s\u00e9lection des cellules portant X. En d&#039;autres termes, si vous optez pour l&#039;utilisation de la technique MicroSort uniquement sans la technique PGS, il est probable que le sexe de votre enfant ne soit pas s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>La technologie MicroSort a \u00e9galement certaines exigences. L&#039;\u00e9chantillon de sperme du partenaire masculin doit contenir un minimum de 70 millions de spermatozo\u00efdes mobiles au total dans l&#039;\u00e9jaculat afin que l&#039;\u00e9quipement de tri puisse \u00eatre utilis\u00e9.
