Les patientes de plus de 35 ans commencent \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 une forte baisse de leur fonction ovarienne et cette baisse devient beaucoup plus nette apr\u00e8s l&#039;\u00e2ge de 40 ans. Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, nous avons assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;introduction de plusieurs nouvelles &quot;m\u00e9thodes&quot; et &quot;strat\u00e9gies&quot; dans un tenter d&#039;augmenter les taux de grossesse chez les patientes de plus de 40 ans. Alors que certaines de ces m\u00e9thodes contribuent au succ\u00e8s, d&#039;autres semblent n&#039;avoir aucun effet significatif.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;une des modifications prometteuses des traitements de FIV consistait \u00e0 utiliser l&#039;hormone de croissance humaine (HGH) dans le cadre d&#039;un r\u00e9gime m\u00e9dicamenteux de FIV. Alors que l&#039;industrie avait de grands espoirs quant \u00e0 l&#039;impact de l&#039;HGH sur les r\u00e9sultats de la FIV, les premiers r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t d\u00e9cevants. Apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9rie d&#039;ajustements de dose et de nombreuses autres tentatives, les r\u00e9sultats n&#039;\u00e9taient toujours pas aussi bons que ce que les scientifiques avaient initialement pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p>En th\u00e9orie, l&#039;hormone de croissance devrait contribuer positivement aux r\u00e9sultats de la FIV en termes de nombre et de qualit\u00e9 des ovocytes. Cependant, les preuves issues des travaux pr\u00e9liminaires sugg\u00e8rent que plut\u00f4t que d&#039;augmenter la posologie, l&#039;administration de l&#039;hormone de croissance humaine devrait \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e en tenant compte de la folliculogen\u00e8se. Des \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures ont introduit HGH pendant ou imm\u00e9diatement avant un cycle de FIV. L&#039;hypoth\u00e8se de cette version modifi\u00e9e repose sur le fait que les follicules sont plus sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes phases de d\u00e9veloppement et que la dur\u00e9e pr\u00e9cise de la folliculogen\u00e8se contient les informations n\u00e9cessaires sur le moment o\u00f9 les follicules contenant des ovocytes peuvent \u00eatre mieux manipul\u00e9s par des moyens externes.<\/p>\n<p>Chez North Cyprus IVF, nous avons maintenant commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer cette version modifi\u00e9e et am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de l&#039;administration de l&#039;hormone de croissance humaine aux patients de plus de 40 ans. Les avantages attendus de ce protocole sont les suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Diminution des taux d&#039;aneuplo\u00efdie chez les embryons cr\u00e9\u00e9s in vitro<br \/>\n\u2013 Augmentation des taux d&#039;implantation et de grossesse avec des ovocytes soumis \u00e0 HGH<\/p>\n<p>Bien que nous ne nous attendions pas \u00e0 une augmentation importante du nombre r\u00e9el d&#039;ovocytes, nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce que les ovocytes obtenus via notre nouvelle th\u00e9rapie modifi\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des embryons euplo\u00efdes chromosomiques, ce qui am\u00e9liorera consid\u00e9rablement les r\u00e9sultats de la grossesse pour le groupe d&#039;\u00e2ge de 40 ans et plus.<\/p>\n<p>Alors qu&#039;il s&#039;agit d&#039;un essai clinique aux \u00c9tats-Unis, qui ne sera finalis\u00e9 qu&#039;en 2017, le centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord est fier d&#039;offrir ce protocole modifi\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de d\u00e9cembre 2015.
