Chaque femme na\u00eet avec un nombre fini de follicules ovariens et bien qu&#039;un tr\u00e8s petit nombre de ces follicules r\u00e9ussissent \u00e0 devenir un ovule mature, la majorit\u00e9 des autres follicules n&#039;atteignent jamais l&#039;ovulation et sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque cycle menstruel. Vers 37 ans, la baisse des r\u00e9serves ovariennes devient tr\u00e8s forte.<\/p>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu&#039;une femme vieillit, la diminution des r\u00e9serves ovariennes n&#039;est pas le seul probl\u00e8me rencontr\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de fertilit\u00e9. \u00c0 mesure que l&#039;\u00e2ge vieillit, il en va de m\u00eame pour les follicules dans les ovaires. Par cons\u00e9quent, un autre probl\u00e8me appel\u00e9 &quot;vieillissement des ovocytes&quot; devient plus prononc\u00e9. C&#039;est en fait l&#039;une des principales raisons pour lesquelles les femmes de plus de 40 ans sont plus susceptibles de faire une fausse couche. Un ovocyte vieillissant sera associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un certain nombre de probl\u00e8mes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, provoquant des mutations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques chez le b\u00e9b\u00e9, entra\u00eenant ainsi une fausse couche. .<\/p>\n<p>Au centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord, nous proposons une approche de traitement compl\u00e8te pour plus de 40 patientes, qui combine un certain nombre de consid\u00e9rations importantes en termes de r\u00e9serves ovariennes et de vieillissement des ovocytes. Les patientes qui ovulent encore et qui ont encore un niveau minimal d&#039;activit\u00e9 ovarienne sont des candidates id\u00e9ales pour notre programme de traitement 40+. Pour les patientes sans fonction ovarienne, l&#039;utilisation d&#039;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/fr\/ivf-with-donor-eggs1\/\">Donneur d&#039;oeufs<\/a> devient la seule option.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/fr\/cytoplasmic-ivf\/\">#1- Traitement de FIV cytoplasmique\u00a0: <\/a><\/strong>Les patientes qui ont encore quelques ovocytes, mais qui ne peuvent pas avoir de grossesse avec ces ovocytes en raison du vieillissement des ovocytes peuvent \u00e9ventuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de notre traitement de FIV cytoplasmique. Le principe ici est que nous utilisons le mat\u00e9riel g\u00e9n\u00e9tique du patient, mais nous fournissons les parties non g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques de l&#039;ovule d&#039;un donneur d&#039;ovules afin que les propres ovules du patient aient un h\u00f4te plus convivial pour une croissance optimale. C&#039;est un fait connu que les mitochondries pr\u00e9sentes dans le cytoplasme de la cellule sont responsables de la production d&#039;\u00e9nergie cellulaire et de la croissance cellulaire. En fournissant aux ovules du patient des mitochondries de donneur, nous permettons aux ovules de se d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re plus optimale et de devenir plus viables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2- PGS pour le d\u00e9pistage g\u00e9n\u00e9tique\u00a0:<\/strong> Bien que le traitement de FIV cytoplasmique permettra \u00e0 vos ovules d&#039;\u00eatre plus viables avec un potentiel de f\u00e9condation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, il ne pourra pas \u00e9liminer les risques g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques potentiels associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e2ge du patient. Par cons\u00e9quent, le d\u00e9pistage g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pr\u00e9implantatoire est une bonne id\u00e9e pour s&#039;assurer que seuls les embryons g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement corrects sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans l&#039;ut\u00e9rus. Gardez \u00e0 l&#039;esprit que nous ne visons pas n&#039;importe quelle grossesse. Nous visons une grossesse saine et viable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#3- Mise en lot d&#039;embryons\u00a0: <\/strong>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 qu&#039;un traitement de FIV apr\u00e8s un certain \u00e2ge ne nous permettra d&#039;avoir que quelques ovules, toute m\u00e9thode qui nous permettra d&#039;obtenir plus d&#039;ovules augmentera nos chances de succ\u00e8s. Par cons\u00e9quent, bien que nous fournissions \u00e0 vos \u0153ufs un meilleur h\u00f4te pour une croissance optimale par transfert cytoplasmique, nous avons encore besoin d&#039;un certain nombre d&#039;\u0153ufs pour nous assurer qu&#039;au final nous avons au moins un embryon bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement correct pour transfert. Le dosage des embryons est l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s dans cette tranche d&#039;\u00e2ge. La combinaison de deux cycles de cycles de FIV en un seul nous permet d&#039;obtenir le double du nombre d&#039;ovules.
