Vers l&#039;\u00e2ge de 37 ans, le nombre de follicules (kystes qui contiennent les ovules) chute \u00e0 moins d&#039;un pour cent de ce qu&#039;il \u00e9tait \u00e0 la naissance. Par cons\u00e9quent, les r\u00e9serves ovariennes auront diminu\u00e9 \u00e0 des niveaux tr\u00e8s bas au moment o\u00f9 une femme atteint l&#039;\u00e2ge de 40 ans.<\/p>\n<p>2- Comme toutes les autres cellules de notre corps, les ovules vieillissent \u00e9galement. Le vieillissement de l&#039;ovocyte (\u0153uf) est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs probl\u00e8mes, notamment des dysfonctionnements mitochondriaux, l&#039;aneuplo\u00efdie et des changements \u00e9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tiques. Les mitochondries sont la source d&#039;\u00e9nergie de toute cellule. Tout dysfonctionnement des mitochondries affectera l&#039;\u00e9nergie et le d\u00e9veloppement cellulaires. L&#039;aneuplo\u00efdie fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes chromosomiques, qui sont le principal facteur expliquant pourquoi les femmes plus \u00e2g\u00e9es sont plus susceptibles de faire des fausses couches ou d&#039;accoucher de b\u00e9b\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentant des anomalies chromosomiques telles que le syndrome de Down (voir \u00e9galement notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/fr\/cytoplasmic-ivf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Transfert cytoplasmique<\/a> page pour plus d&#039;informations sur la fa\u00e7on dont nous pouvons utiliser le cytoplasme du donneur afin d&#039;am\u00e9liorer le succ\u00e8s de la FIV dans les tranches d&#039;\u00e2ge plus \u00e2g\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 et la quantit\u00e9 d&#039;ovules diminuent \u00e0 des niveaux tr\u00e8s bas lorsqu&#039;une femme atteint l&#039;\u00e2ge de 40 ans, ce qui affecte \u00e0 la fois sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 tomber enceinte et \u00e0 tomber enceinte d&#039;un b\u00e9b\u00e9 en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;une de nos recommandations pour les patients de plus de 40 ans est la banque d&#039;embryons. La banque d&#039;embryons fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un certain nombre de cycles de FIV avec un transfert d&#039;embryon pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 la fin du dernier cycle. Par exemple, une patiente peut avoir un cycle de FIV o\u00f9 nous recueillons ses ovules, fertilisons avec l&#039;\u00e9chantillon de sperme du partenaire et congelons les embryons r\u00e9sultants. Une fois que le patient subit un deuxi\u00e8me cycle, nous r\u00e9p\u00e9tons le m\u00eame processus et obtenons plus d&#039;embryons. Ceci peut \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 2 ou 3 fois jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;un nombre d\u00e9sir\u00e9 d&#039;embryons ait \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que le nombre id\u00e9al d&#039;embryons a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint, les embryons peuvent \u00eatre incub\u00e9s jusqu&#039;au stade de blastocyste et ceux qui atteignent ce stade peuvent soit \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans l&#039;ut\u00e9rus pour la grossesse, soit \u00eatre cribl\u00e9s via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/fr\/pre-implantation-genetic-diagnosis-pgd\/\">d\u00e9pistage g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pr\u00e9implantatoire (PGS)<\/a> m\u00e9thode afin de v\u00e9rifier l&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 chromosomique des embryons. Une fois le PGS effectu\u00e9, les embryons sains et chromosomiquement euplo\u00efdes peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour le transfert d&#039;embryons.<\/p>\n<p>La banque d&#039;embryons nous permet d&#039;augmenter le nombre d&#039;embryons disponibles pour le transfert d&#039;embryons.
