Il existe de nombreuses options de traitement de fertilit\u00e9 pour les futurs parents. Le type de traitement qui convient \u00e0 chaque patient d\u00e9pend de quelques facteurs critiques\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1- Age de la patiente<br>2- Age du patient masculin<br>3- Ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de reproduction<br>4- Ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant)<br>5- Si ses propres ovules et\/ou spermatozo\u00efdes vont \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour le traitement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les tranches d&#039;\u00e2ge plus jeunes, l&#039;utilisation de ses propres ovules dans un cycle de FIV est une option plus probable, \u00e0 moins qu&#039;il n&#039;y ait une raison sp\u00e9cifique qui dicte le contraire. Par exemple, les femmes souffrant d&#039;insuffisance ovarienne pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e ou de m\u00e9nopause pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e sont d\u00e9savantag\u00e9es lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de materner un enfant en utilisant leurs propres ovules. Les femmes dans la vingtaine, la trentaine ou au d\u00e9but de la quarantaine, souffrant d&#039;insuffisance ovarienne pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e sont une candidate id\u00e9ale pour &quot;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/fr\/latest-news-from-north-cyprus-ivf-center\/ovarian-prp-treatment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Traitement PRP ovarien<\/a>\u201d. Avec cette modalit\u00e9 de traitement, nous visons \u00e0 recruter des follicules primordiaux dormants et \u00e0 les engager \u00e0 subir une oogen\u00e8se. Nous avons obtenu une grossesse chez de nombreuses femmes apr\u00e8s cette proc\u00e9dure, \u00e0 la fois par des rapports sexuels naturels et par un traitement de FIV. La patiente la plus \u00e2g\u00e9e \u00e0 avoir obtenu une grossesse naturelle apr\u00e8s cette proc\u00e9dure au centre de FIV de Chypre du Nord a 48 ans. Cependant, les patients qui sont susceptibles d&#039;avoir une plus grande population de follicules primordiaux ont un net avantage en ce qui concerne cette modalit\u00e9 de traitement. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous pensons que les femmes souffrant d&#039;insuffisance ovarienne pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e constituent le groupe de patientes le plus adapt\u00e9 pour cette option de traitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les femmes \u00e0 la fin de la quarantaine ou du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la mi-cinquantaine sont moins susceptibles de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des protocoles de rajeunissement ovarien en raison d&#039;une r\u00e9serve ovarienne consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite. \u00c0 chaque cycle ovarien, un seul follicule atteint g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&#039;ovulation, o\u00f9 de nombreux follicules primordiaux dormants sont gaspill\u00e9s. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, ces follicules primordiaux diminuent en nombre et atteignent un nombre tr\u00e8s faible au milieu de la quarantaine. En cons\u00e9quence, plut\u00f4t qu&#039;un traitement PRP ovarien, l&#039;utilisation d&#039;ovules de donneur devient une option plus viable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/fr\/ivf-with-donor-eggs1\/\">Traitement de FIV avec don d&#039;ovules<\/a> fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un cycle de FIV o\u00f9 les ovules d&#039;une donneuse d&#039;ovules dont la grossesse a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9e sont utilis\u00e9s. L&#039;utilisation d&#039;ovules provenant d&#039;une donneuse d&#039;ovules plus jeune, en bonne sant\u00e9 et dont la grossesse a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9e peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement offrir un succ\u00e8s de FIV d&#039;environ 75%. C&#039;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de l&#039;ut\u00e9rus d&#039;accueillir une grossesse m\u00eame dans des tranches d&#039;\u00e2ge beaucoup plus avanc\u00e9es. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 dans de nombreuses \u00e9tudes cliniques que l&#039;\u00e2ge de l&#039;ut\u00e9rus n&#039;affecte pas les r\u00e9sultats de la grossesse chez les patientes recevant des ovules de donneuse. Bien qu&#039;il soit techniquement possible pour une femme d&#039;obtenir et de maintenir une grossesse m\u00eame dans ses 70 ans, d&#039;autres risques et consid\u00e9rations pour la sant\u00e9 interdisent une telle pratique. Cependant, les femmes dans la quarantaine et la cinquantaine sont tr\u00e8s certainement en mesure d&#039;utiliser le traitement de FIV par ovule de donneur pour r\u00e9aliser le r\u00eave de devenir m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les patientes entre le milieu et la fin de la quarantaine ayant un niveau acceptable d&#039;activit\u00e9 ovarienne peuvent \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&#039;une combinaison de modalit\u00e9s de traitement. Par exemple, les patients qui ne parviennent pas \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir la FIV avec leurs propres ovules mais qui ont encore un nombre de follicules antraux de 10 ou plus peuvent potentiellement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&#039;une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/fr\/cytoplasmic-ivf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transfert cytoplasmique<\/a>. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une option de traitement que nous pouvons recommander lorsque nous pensons que le vieillissement des ovocytes et les dommages mitochondriaux sont susceptibles d&#039;\u00eatre coupables, mais que la patiente a toujours un niveau acceptable de r\u00e9serve ovarienne. Cela permet d&#039;utiliser les propres ovocytes de la patiente mais de remplacer le contenu cytoplasmique par le cytoplasme d&#039;une donneuse d&#039;ovules.
