A diferencia de los tratamientos est\u00e1ndar de FIV, durante el tratamiento de FIV con donante de \u00f3vulos, la donante de \u00f3vulos se somete a la etapa de medicaci\u00f3n en lugar del paciente (receptor). Sin embargo, la receptora tambi\u00e9n usa ciertos medicamentos para preparar su cuerpo para el embarazo. Los pasos a seguir en la FIV con donaci\u00f3n de \u00f3vulos son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 1: Prueba y evaluaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nDurante este paso, solicitamos que la pareja que busca el tratamiento de FIV de \u00f3vulos de donante se someta a una serie de pruebas para asegurarnos de que la pareja sea apta para el embarazo. La etapa de prueba ser\u00e1 diferente para cada paciente dependiendo de su historial \u00fanico de infertilidad. Por ejemplo, una paciente que ha tenido ciclos fallidos o abortos espont\u00e1neos recurrentes con sus propios \u00f3vulos primero deber\u00e1 evaluarse con respecto a la funci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica. Si la funci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica indica bajas reservas y baja calidad de los ovocitos, bastar\u00e1 con pruebas relativamente simples, como una ecograf\u00eda y algunos an\u00e1lisis de sangre. Sin embargo, si hay alg\u00fan motivo para creer que otros factores adem\u00e1s de la calidad del \u00f3vulo pueden haber contribuido a los fracasos anteriores de la FIV o a los abortos espont\u00e1neos recurrentes, se requerir\u00e1n pruebas adicionales.<\/p>\n<p>Un paciente que nunca ha recibido tratamiento antes, pero requiere \u00f3vulos de donantes debido a su mayor edad biol\u00f3gica, entonces un examen de salud general y una ecograf\u00eda ser\u00e1n suficientes como primera ronda de pruebas. Pero nuevamente, si el paciente sufri\u00f3 de infertilidad anteriormente, se requerir\u00e1n pruebas adicionales.<\/p>\n<p>Si la paciente ha tenido ciclos fallidos con \u00f3vulos de donante anteriormente, entonces se deben completar ciertas pruebas adicionales antes de continuar con otro tratamiento. Dado que el \u00e9xito con los \u00f3vulos de donantes en la cl\u00ednica de FIV del norte de Chipre es muy alto, un ciclo fallido con \u00f3vulos de donantes requiere una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva para asegurarse de que se pueden tomar las medidas adecuadas antes de otro tratamiento para maximizar sus posibilidades de \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 2: Trabajo preliminar<\/strong><br \/>\nUna vez que se hayan completado sus pruebas y nuestros expertos en FIV hayan realizado una evaluaci\u00f3n efectiva de sus requisitos \u00fanicos de tratamiento, estaremos en condiciones de recomendar el tratamiento y formular su programa de tratamiento.
