Existen numerosas opciones de tratamiento de fertilidad para los futuros padres. El tipo de tratamiento adecuado para cada paciente depende de algunos factores cr\u00edticos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1- Edad de la paciente mujer<br>2- Edad del paciente masculino<br>3- Historia reproductiva<br>4- Historia gen\u00e9tica (si corresponde)<br>5- Si se van a utilizar \u00f3vulos y\/o espermatozoides propios para el tratamiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los grupos de edad m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, usar sus propios \u00f3vulos en un ciclo de FIV es una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s probable, a menos que haya una raz\u00f3n espec\u00edfica que indique lo contrario. Por ejemplo, las mujeres que sufren de insuficiencia ov\u00e1rica prematura o menopausia prematura est\u00e1n en desventaja cuando se trata de criar a un ni\u00f1o usando sus propios \u00f3vulos. Las mujeres de 20, 30 o 40 a\u00f1os que sufren de insuficiencia ov\u00e1rica prematura son candidatas ideales para \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/es\/latest-news-from-north-cyprus-ivf-center\/ovarian-prp-treatment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tratamiento PRP Ov\u00e1rico<\/a>\u201d. Con esta modalidad de tratamiento, nuestro objetivo es reclutar fol\u00edculos primordiales latentes y someterlos a la ovog\u00e9nesis. Hemos conseguido el embarazo en muchas mujeres tras este procedimiento tanto por v\u00eda natural como por tratamiento de FIV. La paciente de mayor edad en lograr un embarazo natural despu\u00e9s de este procedimiento en el Centro de FIV del Norte de Chipre tiene 48 a\u00f1os. Sin embargo, los pacientes que probablemente tengan una mayor poblaci\u00f3n de fol\u00edculos primordiales tienen una clara ventaja cuando se trata de esta modalidad de tratamiento. Por lo tanto, creemos que las mujeres con falla ov\u00e1rica prematura son el grupo de pacientes m\u00e1s adecuado para esta opci\u00f3n de tratamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mujeres de 40 a\u00f1os o de 50 a\u00f1os tienen menos probabilidades de beneficiarse de los protocolos de rejuvenecimiento ov\u00e1rico debido a una reserva ov\u00e1rica significativamente reducida. Con cada ciclo ov\u00e1rico, generalmente solo un fol\u00edculo alcanza la ovulaci\u00f3n, donde muchos fol\u00edculos primordiales inactivos se desperdician. A medida que pasan los a\u00f1os, estos fol\u00edculos primordiales disminuyen en n\u00famero y alcanzan un n\u00famero muy bajo a mediados de los 40 a\u00f1os. Como resultado, en lugar del tratamiento con PRP ov\u00e1rico, el uso de \u00f3vulos de donantes se convierte en una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s viable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/es\/ivf-with-donor-eggs1\/\">Tratamiento de FIV con donaci\u00f3n de \u00f3vulos<\/a> se refiere a un ciclo de FIV en el que se utilizan \u00f3vulos de una donante de \u00f3vulos con embarazo comprobado. El uso de \u00f3vulos de una donante de \u00f3vulos m\u00e1s joven, saludable y con embarazo comprobado generalmente puede ofrecer un \u00e9xito de FIV de alrededor de 75%. Esto se debe a la capacidad del \u00fatero para acomodar el embarazo incluso en edades mucho m\u00e1s avanzadas. Si bien t\u00e9cnicamente es posible que una mujer logre y mantenga un embarazo incluso a los 70 a\u00f1os, otros riesgos y consideraciones para la salud proh\u00edben tal pr\u00e1ctica. Sin embargo, las mujeres de 40 y 50 a\u00f1os ciertamente pueden usar el tratamiento de FIV con \u00f3vulos de donantes para cumplir el sue\u00f1o de toda su vida de convertirse en madres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las pacientes de cuarenta y tantos a\u00f1os con un nivel aceptable de actividad ov\u00e1rica tambi\u00e9n pueden beneficiarse de una combinaci\u00f3n de modalidades de tratamiento. Por ejemplo, los pacientes que no logran el \u00e9xito de la FIV con sus propios \u00f3vulos pero que a\u00fan tienen un recuento de fol\u00edculos antrales de 10 o m\u00e1s pueden beneficiarse potencialmente de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/es\/cytoplasmic-ivf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transferencia citoplasm\u00e1tica<\/a>. Esta es una opci\u00f3n de tratamiento que podemos recomendar cuando creemos que es probable que el envejecimiento de los ovocitos y el da\u00f1o mitocondrial sean los culpables, pero la paciente todav\u00eda tiene un nivel aceptable de reserva ov\u00e1rica.
