PRP wird durch Zentrifugation aus dem eigenen Blut der Patientin gewonnen, wobei Blutpl\u00e4ttchen und Wachstumsfaktoren wie der pl\u00e4ttchenabgeleitete Wachstumsfaktor (PDGF), der vaskul\u00e4re endotheliale Wachstumsfaktor (VEGF) und der transformierende Wachstumsfaktor-beta (TGF-\u03b2) konzentriert werden. Diese bioaktiven Molek\u00fcle f\u00f6rdern die Zellreparatur, Angiogenese und die Aktivierung ruhender Eierstockfollikel, indem sie Granulosazellen stimulieren und das Mikroumfeld der Eierst\u00f6cke verbessern. Das Ziel der PRP-Therapie in den Eierst\u00f6cken ist die Wiederherstellung oder Verbesserung der Eierstockfunktion, wodurch die Qualit\u00e4t der Eizellen, die hormonelle Aktivit\u00e4t und die Chancen auf eine erfolgreiche Schwangerschaft verbessert werden, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Fruchtbarkeitsbehandlungen wie der In-vitro-Fertilisation (IVF). \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Eine der Fragen, die wir erhalten, betrifft den Zeitpunkt einer ovariellen PRP-Behandlung. Obwohl eine ovarielle PRP-Behandlung aufgrund der vorhandenen Wachstumsfaktoren wahrscheinlich zu jedem Zeitpunkt w\u00e4hrend des Eierstockzyklus von Vorteil ist, gibt es einen \u201eidealsten\u201c Zeitpunkt, zu dem der maximale Nutzen erzielt werden kann. Auch hier bietet eine ovarielle PRP-Behandlung, wenn sie richtig durchgef\u00fchrt wird, wahrscheinlich Vorteile, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, wann sie w\u00e4hrend eines Eierstockzyklus durchgef\u00fchrt wird, und in einigen F\u00e4llen kann sie aus praktischen Gr\u00fcnden gleichzeitig mit einer Eizellentnahme angeboten werden, um bei nachfolgenden Eizellentnahmen zu helfen. Dennoch k\u00f6nnen wir, aufbauend auf einigen physiologischen Prinzipien, sagen, dass die optimale ovarielle PRP-Behandlung zeitlich auf den Zeitpunkt der&nbsp;<strong>fr\u00fche Follikelphase<\/strong>&nbsp;des Eierstockzyklus, der&nbsp;<strong>Tag 3 bis Tag 5<\/strong>&nbsp;der Menstruation. Dieser Zeitpunkt wird aus folgenden Gr\u00fcnden gew\u00e4hlt:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  1.&nbsp;<strong>Optimale Umgebung f\u00fcr die Follikelentwicklung<\/strong>: W\u00e4hrend der fr\u00fchen Follikelphase befinden sich die Eierst\u00f6cke in einem Ruhezustand mit minimaler hormoneller Aktivit\u00e4t. Dies schafft eine stabilere Umgebung f\u00fcr die regenerativen Wirkungen von PRP und verbessert m\u00f6glicherweise die Follikelrekrutierung und das Follikelwachstum.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  2.&nbsp;<strong>Geringer hormoneller Einfluss<\/strong>: Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sind die \u00d6strogen- und Progesteronwerte am niedrigsten. Die Einf\u00fchrung von PRP zu diesem Zeitpunkt minimiert die St\u00f6rungen durch schwankende Hormonwerte und erm\u00f6glicht es PRP, direkt auf das Eierstockgewebe einzuwirken.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  3.&nbsp;<strong>Auf ruhende Follikel abzielen<\/strong>: In der fr\u00fchen Follikelphase wird der Pool ruhender Primordialfollikel f\u00fcr die Auswahl vorbereitet. PRP kann diese Follikel stimulieren und ihr Wachstum und ihre Reifung f\u00f6rdern. Tats\u00e4chlich sind Primordialfollikel das Hauptziel von PRP-Behandlungen der Eierst\u00f6cke. Daher kann es uns einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Vorteil bringen, wenn wir die Behandlung auf den 3. bis 5. Tag der Menstruation abzielen.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  4.&nbsp;<strong>Verbesserte \u00dcberwachung und Abstimmung mit einem IVF-Zyklus<\/strong>: Die Durchf\u00fchrung von PRP zu Beginn des Zyklus erm\u00f6glicht eine sp\u00e4tere \u00dcberwachung der Reaktion der Eierst\u00f6cke w\u00e4hrend desselben Zyklus. Dies kann als Orientierung f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche Behandlungen dienen, wie z. B. eine kontrollierte ovarielle Stimulation, wenn mehrere Eizellentnahmen geplant sind. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen die Vorteile der ovariellen PRP-Behandlung sowohl f\u00fcr die Antralfollikel als auch f\u00fcr die Primordialfollikel genutzt werden.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Sobald eine Eierstock-PRP-Behandlung durchgef\u00fchrt wird, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/de\/ivf-icsi-treatment\/\">ein IVF-Zyklus<\/a> kann unmittelbar innerhalb desselben Zyklus geplant werden, um Eizellen zu entnehmen, die sich zum Zeitpunkt der Anwendung von ovariellem PRP im antralen Zustand befanden. Wenn jedoch nur eine Eizellentnahme nach einer ovariellen PRP-Behandlung geplant ist, w\u00e4re der ideale Zeitpunkt 12 Wochen nach der ovariellen PRP-Behandlung, da die primordialen Follikel dann gen\u00fcgend Zeit h\u00e4tten, zu reagieren.
