In diesem Abschnitt sprechen wir \u00fcber Uterusmyome und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Fruchtbarkeit sowie \u00fcber die spezifische Art und Weise, wie sie zur weiblichen Unfruchtbarkeit beitragen k\u00f6nnen. Wenn eine Frau Myome hat, die m\u00f6glicherweise ihre Fruchtbarkeit beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnen, kann die Entfernung des Myoms erforderlich sein, um eine Schwangerschaft zu erreichen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blog-content\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Uterusmyome sind Muskeltumoren, die sich in der Geb\u00e4rmutterwand bilden. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe eines Myoms kann so klein wie ein Melonenkern oder so gro\u00df wie eine kleine Melone sein. Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer das Myom ist, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass es in der Geb\u00e4rmutter zu Problemen im Hinblick auf die Empf\u00e4ngnisf\u00e4higkeit einer Frau f\u00fchrt. Nicht nur die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Myoms kann die F\u00e4higkeit einer Frau, schwanger zu werden, beeinflussen, sondern auch die Lokalisation.<\/p>\n<p>Myome werden anhand ihrer genauen Lokalisation in drei Hauptkategorien eingeteilt:<br \/>\n1- Submuk\u00f6se Myome: Dies sind die Arten von Myomen, die in der Geb\u00e4rmutterh\u00f6hle wachsen<br \/>\n2- Intramurale Myome: Dies sind Myome, die innerhalb der Geb\u00e4rmutterwand wachsen<br \/>\n3- Subser\u00f6se Myome: Dies sind die Myome, die an der Au\u00dfenseite der Geb\u00e4rmutter wachsen.<br \/>\nMyome, die sich in der Geb\u00e4rmutterh\u00f6hle befinden, sind die Hauptarten von Myomen, die in direktem Zusammenhang mit Unfruchtbarkeit stehen. Diese Myome k\u00f6nnen die H\u00f6hle eindr\u00fccken oder die Geb\u00e4rmutterschleimhaut unter Druck setzen und somit die Einnistung des Embryos direkt beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Allerdings k\u00f6nnen auch andere Myome aufgrund ihrer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe die Empf\u00e4ngnischancen negativ beeinflussen.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nWie verursachen Myome Unfruchtbarkeit?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Myome, die sich \u00fcber dem Geb\u00e4rmutterhals befinden, k\u00f6nnen ihre Position ver\u00e4ndern und somit den Durchgang von Spermien behindern, die durch den Geb\u00e4rmutterhals wandern k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\n\u2013 Bestimmte Myome k\u00f6nnen die Eileiter blockieren und so die Bewegung und Befruchtung der Eizellen einschr\u00e4nken.<br \/>\n\u2013 Einige Myome k\u00f6nnen den Blutfluss in die Geb\u00e4rmutterh\u00f6hle einschr\u00e4nken, wo sich der Embryo normalerweise einnisten und eine Schwangerschaft ausl\u00f6sen w\u00fcrde.<br \/>\n\u2013 Myome k\u00f6nnen m\u00f6glicherweise auch Ver\u00e4nderungen im Uterusmuskel verursachen, die die Bewegung des Embryos verhindern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie erkenne ich, ob ich ein Myom habe?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Myome k\u00f6nnen manchmal bestimmte Symptome hervorrufen, manchmal bleiben sie jedoch jahrelang unbemerkt.
