Im IVF-Zentrum Nordzypern wird diese Option zwei Patientengruppen angeboten:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blog-content\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\">1- Paare, die aufgrund einer bekannten genetischen Veranlagung f\u00fcr eine geschlechtsgebundene (X-chromosomale) Erkrankung das Geschlecht ihres Kindes w\u00e4hlen m\u00f6chten. X-chromosomale Erkrankungen sind St\u00f6rungen einzelner Gene, die auf das Vorhandensein von Genmutationen oder Gendefekten auf dem X-Chromosom hinweisen. Da M\u00e4nner nur eine Kopie des X-Chromosoms von der Mutter erwerben, reicht bereits ein mutiertes Allel aus, um bei M\u00e4nnern eine geschlechtsgebundene Krankheit auszul\u00f6sen. Dies deutet darauf hin, dass M\u00e4nner im Vergleich zu Frauen anf\u00e4lliger f\u00fcr die meisten X-chromosomalen Erkrankungen sind.2 \u2013 Paare, die bereits Kinder haben und ihre Familie durch ein weiteres Kind des anderen Geschlechts ausgleichen m\u00f6chten. Diese Patientengruppe hat in der Regel keine Fruchtbarkeitsprobleme und kann durch nat\u00fcrliche Empf\u00e4ngnismethoden gesunde Kinder bekommen. Allerdings bringt eine nat\u00fcrliche Empf\u00e4ngnis nicht immer \u201eausgeglichene\u201c Nachkommen hervor, weshalb assistierte Reproduktionstechnologien ins Spiel kommen.<\/p>\n<p>Unabh\u00e4ngig von Ihrer Begr\u00fcndung kann die Geschlechtsauswahl im IVF-Zentrum Nordzypern beiden Patientengruppen legal angeboten werden. Im IVF-Zentrum Nordzypern gibt es in der Praxis zwei alternative Methoden zur Geschlechtsauswahl. Dies sind n\u00e4mlich das genetische Screening\/Diagnoseverfahren vor der Implantation (PGS\/PGD) und MicroSort.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Genetisches Screening vor der Implantation \/ genetische Diagnose vor der Implantation<\/strong><br \/>\nPID (Genetische Pr\u00e4implantationsdiagnostik) bezieht sich auf die Embryonenselektion als Reaktion auf eine bekannte genetische St\u00f6rung, die in der Familie auftritt, und wird daher ausschlie\u00dflich zur Pr\u00e4vention genetischer Krankheiten eingesetzt. Unter PGS (Pre-Implantation Genetic Screening) hingegen versteht man die Anwendung der exakt gleichen Methode der Embryonenselektion in F\u00e4llen, in denen weder beim Mann noch bei der Frau eine genetische St\u00f6rung bekannt ist. PGS ist der korrekte Begriff, der verwendet wird, wenn die Technologie verwendet wird, um die Embryonen auf ihr Geschlecht zu untersuchen (bekannt als Geschlechts-\/Geschlechtsauswahl).<\/p>\n<p>Die PGD\/PGS-Technik wird im Rahmen einer IVF-Behandlung eingesetzt. Die Patientin muss sich einer IVF-Behandlung unterziehen, damit wir ihre Eizellen erhalten k\u00f6nnen (oder es k\u00f6nnen auch gespendete Eizellen verwendet werden, wenn die Patientin ihre eigenen Eizellen nicht verwenden kann). Die gewonnenen Eizellen werden mit der Samenprobe des m\u00e4nnlichen Partners befruchtet und es entstehen Embryonen. Sobald die Embryonen ein bestimmtes Entwicklungsstadium erreicht haben, werden sie biopsiert, damit ein genetisches Screening durchgef\u00fchrt und das Geschlecht jedes Embryos entsprechend ermittelt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- MicroSort <\/strong><br \/>\nDas IVF-Zentrum Nordzypern ist die einzige offizielle Klinik, die MicroSort in Europa, dem Nahen Osten, Asien und Afrika anbietet. MicroSort ist eine Spermiensortiermethode, die es uns erm\u00f6glicht, eine Spermienprobe in X-tragende (weibliche) und Y-tragende Zellen (m\u00e4nnlich) zu sortieren. Auf diese Weise wissen wir durch die Aufteilung einer Spermaprobe in zwei Chargen, welche Spermiencharge in der Lage ist, ein m\u00e4nnliches und welche ein weibliches Kind zu zeugen.<\/p>\n<p>Allerdings ist die MicroSort-Technologie nicht so genau wie die oben beschriebene PGS-Methode. Die Genauigkeit betr\u00e4gt bei der Auswahl Y-tragender Zellen nur 75% und bei der Auswahl X-tragender Zellen etwa 85%. Mit anderen Worten: Wenn Sie sich f\u00fcr die ausschlie\u00dfliche Verwendung der MicroSort-Technik ohne die PGS-Technik entscheiden, besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, dass das Geschlecht Ihres Kindes nicht genau ausgew\u00e4hlt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die MicroSort-Technologie stellt bestimmte Anforderungen. Die Samenprobe des m\u00e4nnlichen Partners muss insgesamt mindestens 70 Millionen bewegliche Spermien im Ejakulat enthalten, damit das Sortierger\u00e4t verwendet werden kann.
