PCOS ist ein sehr h\u00e4ufiges Problem. Sch\u00e4tzungen zufolge ist jede zehnte Frau (ungef\u00e4hr 10% der Frauen) im geb\u00e4rf\u00e4higen Alter betroffen.<\/p>\n<p>Es wurde vermutet, dass der Hauptfaktor f\u00fcr PCOS und seine Symptome die Insulinresistenz ist. Menschen mit einer Insulinresistenz haben einen unzureichenden Transport von Glukose vom Blut zu den Zellen und Muskeln, wo die Glukose zur Energiegewinnung genutzt wird. Stattdessen reichert es sich im Blut an, was dazu f\u00fchrt, dass der K\u00f6rper immer mehr Insulin produziert, um den angesammelten Glukosespiegel zu senken. Eine \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Insulinproduktion f\u00fchrt nicht nur zur Fettspeicherung, was zu Gewichtszunahme und Fettleibigkeit f\u00fchrt, sondern kann auch die Fortpflanzungswege beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n<p>Einige Experten glauben, dass die Insulinresistenz nicht f\u00fcr PCOS verantwortlich ist, sondern dass wir uns auf eine hormonelle Dysregulation des Hypothalamus des Gehirns konzentrieren sollten. Dies ist die Region, die f\u00fcr die Produktion von Hormonen und die Stimulation der Hypophyse verantwortlich ist, die einen erheblichen Einfluss auf das weibliche Fortpflanzungssystem hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Symptome des polyzystischen Ovarialsyndroms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die folgenden Symptome sind die am h\u00e4ufigsten beobachteten Symptome bei Frauen mit polyzystischem Ovarialsyndrom (PCOS):<\/p>\n<p>-Oligomenorrhoe, die als unregelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Menstruationszyklus definiert ist. Bei einigen PCOS-Patienten kann es auch zu Amenorrhoe kommen, was einem Ausbleiben des Menstruationszyklus entspricht. In solchen F\u00e4llen werden den Patienten oft entsprechende Medikamente verschrieben, damit ihr Zyklus reguliert werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>-Bei einigen Patienten mit PCOS kommt es auch zu \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigem Haarwuchs, der als Hirsutismus bezeichnet wird. \u00dcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Haarwuchs kann im Gesicht, auf der Brust oder an anderen K\u00f6rperstellen auftreten.<\/p>\n<p>-Bei Patienten, deren PCOS m\u00f6glicherweise durch eine Insulinresistenz verursacht wurde, kommt es wahrscheinlich auch zu einer Gewichtszunahme und zu Schwierigkeiten bei der Gewichtskontrolle, auch wenn m\u00f6glicherweise verschiedene Abnehmpl\u00e4ne versucht wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Symptome k\u00f6nnen je nach Frau unterschiedlich sein, je nachdem, wie polyzystisch die Eierst\u00f6cke sind und viele andere Faktoren, die m\u00f6glicherweise zusammenspielen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Welcher Zusammenhang besteht zwischen PCOS und Unfruchtbarkeit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bei Patienten mit PCOS ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit hoch, dass dies der Fall ist <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/de\/infertility\/\">Unfruchtbarkeit<\/a> Probleme. Andererseits weisen einige Patientinnen jedes einzelne Symptom auf, das im Buch aufgef\u00fchrt ist, und es wird ihnen sehr schwer fallen, schwanger zu werden. Das bedeutet, dass PCOS keine Erkrankung ist, die mit einem einzigen Rezept behandelt werden kann. Jeder Fall erfordert eine einzigartige Herangehensweise und Aufmerksamkeit f\u00fcr ein effektives Management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kann ich mit PCOS schwanger werden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Absolut! W\u00e4hrend es sich bei PCOS um eine Erkrankung handelt, die eng mit weiblicher Unfruchtbarkeit verbunden ist, ist die Chance, bei Frauen mit polyzystischem Ovarialsyndrom mithilfe von Fruchtbarkeitsbehandlungen eine erfolgreiche Schwangerschaft zu erreichen und aufrechtzuerhalten, sehr hoch.
