Jede Frau wird mit einer begrenzten Anzahl an Eierstockfollikeln geboren, und w\u00e4hrend es einer sehr kleinen Anzahl dieser Follikel gelingt, eine reife Eizelle zu werden, erreicht der Gro\u00dfteil der \u00fcbrigen Follikel nie den Eisprung und wird bei jedem Menstruationszyklus entsorgt. Etwa im Alter von 37 Jahren nimmt der R\u00fcckgang der Eierstockreserven sehr stark zu.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn eine Frau \u00e4lter wird, ist der R\u00fcckgang der Eierstockreserven nicht das einzige Problem bei der Fruchtbarkeit. Mit zunehmendem Alter altern auch die Follikel in den Eierst\u00f6cken. Daher wird ein weiteres Problem namens \u201eOozytenalterung\u201c st\u00e4rker ausgepr\u00e4gt. Dies ist in der Tat einer der Hauptgr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr, dass Frauen \u00fcber 40 h\u00e4ufiger eine Fehlgeburt erleiden. Eine alternde Eizelle wird mit einer Reihe genetischer Probleme in Verbindung gebracht, die dazu f\u00fchren, dass das Baby genetische Mutationen aufweist, was zu einer Fehlgeburt f\u00fchrt .<\/p>\n<p>Im IVF-Zentrum Nordzypern bieten wir einen umfassenden Behandlungsansatz f\u00fcr mehr als 40 Patientinnen an, der eine Reihe wichtiger \u00dcberlegungen im Hinblick auf die Eierstockreserven und die Alterung der Eizellen vereint. Patientinnen, die noch Eisprung haben und bei denen die Eierstockaktivit\u00e4t noch minimal ist, sind ideale Kandidaten f\u00fcr unser 40+-Behandlungsprogramm. Es ist wichtig, dass die Patientin noch \u00fcber mindestens die H\u00e4lfte der pr\u00e4antralen Follikel verf\u00fcgt, die \u00fcber eine kontrollierte \u00dcberstimulation der Eierst\u00f6cke rekrutiert werden m\u00fcssen, damit wir mit eigenen Eizellen eine Erfolgschance bieten k\u00f6nnen. Bei Patienten ohne Eierstockfunktion ist die Verwendung eines <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/de\/ivf-with-donor-eggs1\/\">Eizellspenderin<\/a> wird die einzige Option.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/de\/cytoplasmic-ivf\/\">#1 \u2013 Zytoplasmatische IVF-Behandlung: <\/a><\/strong>Patientinnen, die noch \u00fcber wenige Eizellen verf\u00fcgen, mit diesen Eizellen aber aufgrund der Alterung der Eizellen nicht schwanger werden k\u00f6nnen, k\u00f6nnen m\u00f6glicherweise von unserer zytoplasmatischen IVF-Behandlung profitieren. Das Prinzip dabei ist, dass wir das genetische Material der Patientin verwenden, aber die nicht genetischen Teile der Eizelle von einer Eizellspenderin bereitstellen, damit die eigenen Eizellen der Patientin einen freundlicheren Wirt f\u00fcr optimales Wachstum haben. Es ist eine bekannte Tatsache, dass die Mitochondrien im Zytoplasma der Zelle f\u00fcr die zellul\u00e4re Energieproduktion und das Zellwachstum verantwortlich sind. Indem wir die Eizellen der Patientin mit Spendermitochondrien versorgen, sorgen wir daf\u00fcr, dass die Eizellen optimaler wachsen und lebensf\u00e4higer werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2-PGS f\u00fcr genetisches Screening:<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend die zytoplasmatische IVF-Behandlung dazu f\u00fchrt, dass Ihre Eizellen lebensf\u00e4higer werden und ein h\u00f6heres Befruchtungspotenzial aufweist, k\u00f6nnen potenzielle genetische Risiken, die mit dem Alter der Patientin verbunden sind, nicht beseitigt werden. Daher ist ein genetisches Screening vor der Implantation eine gute Idee, um sicherzustellen, dass nur genetisch korrekte Embryonen in die Geb\u00e4rmutter \u00fcbertragen werden. Das Sammeln von Embryonen ist in dieser Altersgruppe der Schl\u00fcsselfaktor f\u00fcr den Erfolg. Durch die Kombination von zwei IVF-Zyklen zu einem k\u00f6nnen wir die doppelte Anzahl an Eizellen erhalten. Im Wesentlichen bereiten wir Sie auf eine Runde des IVF-Zyklus vor, in der wir die Eizellen sammeln, sie mit Spenderzytoplasma infundieren, zu Embryonen befruchten und einfrieren. Sobald Sie f\u00fcr die zweite Runde bereit sind, sammeln wir einen weiteren Satz Eizellen, wiederholen die gleichen Verfahren und stellen eine neue Charge Embryonen her.
