Lebensjahr einer Frau auf ein sehr niedriges Niveau gesunken sein.<\/p>\n<p>2- Wie jede andere Zelle in unserem K\u00f6rper altern auch Eizellen. Die alternde Eizelle ist mit mehreren Problemen verbunden, darunter mitochondriale Dysfunktionen, Aneuploidie und epigenetische Ver\u00e4nderungen. Mitochondrien sind die Energiequelle jeder Zelle. Jede Funktionsst\u00f6rung der Mitochondrien wirkt sich auf die Zellenergie und -entwicklung aus. Unter Embryobanking versteht man die Durchf\u00fchrung mehrerer IVF-Zyklen, wobei am Ende des letzten Zyklus ein Embryotransfer geplant ist. Beispielsweise kann eine Patientin einen IVF-Zyklus durchlaufen, bei dem wir ihre Eizellen entnehmen, sie mit der Spermaprobe des Partners befruchten und die resultierenden Embryonen einfrieren. Sobald der Patient einen zweiten Zyklus durchl\u00e4uft, wiederholen wir den gleichen Vorgang und gewinnen weitere Embryonen. Dies kann zwei- oder dreimal wiederholt werden, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Anzahl Embryonen erreicht ist.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald die ideale Anzahl an Embryonen erreicht ist, k\u00f6nnen die Embryonen bis zum Blastozystenstadium inkubiert werden und diejenigen, die dieses Stadium erreichen, k\u00f6nnen entweder zur Schwangerschaft in die Geb\u00e4rmutter \u00fcbertragen oder einem Screening unterzogen werden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcostivf.net\/de\/pre-implantation-genetic-diagnosis-pgd\/\">Pr\u00e4implantationsgenetisches Screening (PGS)<\/a> Methode zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der chromosomalen Integrit\u00e4t der Embryonen.
